In addition to our accepted insurance plans from numerous providers, we also offer in-house membership plans for adults and children. These packages feature affordable payment plans that include general dentistry and maintenance treatments as well as product purchases. Our goal is to provide our patients with a comprehensive, affordable plan to cover all their necessary dental needs.

All plans require a one-time, $25 non-refundable enrollment fee. Plan will automatically renew at the one-year anniversary date unless we are notified in writing 30 days in advance. Plans are not binding to a yearly contract and are terminable at any time; however, 30 days notice is required in writing.
New patients will have an additional one-time $65 charge for Full Mouth Series X-Rays OR Panoramic Imaging as recommended by your provider.
Credit card must be kept on file.
Pre-payment for up to one year is allowed and can be paid via check, cash, or card. Please note a $35 returned check fee will apply.
